Dairy Free Strawberry Milk
Serving Size: 2, 8 ounces (120 calories per serving)
Ingredients
2 cups water
3/4 cup strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup blanched almonds
2-3 ice cubes
1/8th TEAspoon Stevia*
Directions
Place water, strawberries, almonds, ice and Stevia into a Blendtec, or good powerful blender until smooth and creamy.
*Notes: Stevia is a plant native to Central and South America. It is 300 times as sweet as sugar, but has zero calories. A little Stevia goes a long way. I recommend the Nu Naturals brand of Stevia in powdered form.
